Croquignoles are crisp, twisted doughnuts coated in almonds and spiced with nutmeg and rich in eggs and butter. Although it's customary to serve them at Reveillon on Christmas Eve, they're good anytime, especially with mugs of hot chocolate.
 
Who is Fossier?
Founded in 1756. Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France and was even by royal courts for the quality of its biscuits: choice of ingredients, know-how of the Master Biscuit-makers, conservation of the traditional character of its recipes… The tradition of its original recipe has been maintained for more than 250 years.
