Who is Fossier?
Founded in 1756. Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France and was even by royal courts for the quality of its biscuits: choice of ingredients, know-how of the Master Biscuit-makers, conservation of the traditional character of its recipes… The tradition of its original recipe has been maintained for more than 250 years.
