Delivery/Shipping Policy
 GENERAL
 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order or as per Account Opening Form. We offer free delivery in UAE with a minimum order value of AED  300. 
 Our delivery time is 9am to 6pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.
  
 Delivery days will be notified to you after your order has been placed, for in stock products it generally takes place 1 day from your order date depending on your location. For preorder products, it might take 5 to 60 days, depending of the nature of the goods and their shipping methods.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date according to external factors not in our control such as delays in shipment, availability of products due to weather/ seasonality etc, and we will notify you the soonest providing as much lead time as possible.
  
 Location delivery Schedule:
 Dubai Emirate: Daily 
 Abu Dhabi Emirate: Daily 
 Northern Emirates: Once Weekly 
  
 At any time of delivery of goods, the customer must stamp and sign the invoices, and return one copy to the delivery team
  
 ORDERING CUT-OFF TIME
 Monday – Saturday: 5.30pm
  
 RETURNS
 Any product will be refunded or replaced if:
 - The product is damaged
 - The product is faulty
 - The order is incomplete
