The Antarctic snow crab is fished with pots in the cold waters of Chile. It evolves at depths of 20 to 100 meters, in waters whose temperatures vary between -1 and 11°C. This crab is characterised by its tasty and subtly sweet flesh, as well as its orange and fleshy legs.
