Pressed cooked cheese, Comté is made of partially skimmed raw cow's milk and it has a soft and creamy texture. The Comté cheese is developed by craftsmen with milk from cows of the French Montbeliardor Simmental breed. The cows are fed exclusively with grass and hay.
