Curly salad, also known as curly endive, is a hearty green plant related to endive and escarole, it has narrow stems and frilly, very curly leaves. It can be eaten raw in salads, but cooking mellows its assertively bitter flavour. This product is sold in bulk of 10 trays of (500g per tray).
