Blackcurrant puree made with the Noir de Bourgogne variety of blackcurrants that are grown in the Burgundy region, known for their dark coloured skin, and juicy, tart interior. Harvested when at their peak ripeness, these blackcurrants yield a dark coloured puree, and have 10% added sugar.
