Located in Oraison, in the heart of the Provençal orchard bathed in a climate conducive to fruit production, the company benefits from the best supplies of fruit (apricot, pear, apple, peach, quince, fig, etc.) and almonds.
At the beginning, François Doucet offered pralines with roasted almonds from Provence and coated with nougatine with herbs from Provence. The range quickly expanded with an assortment of glazed fruit jellies with apricots and Provençal pears. Today, the François Doucet Confiseur range is made up of three families of products: chocolates, fruit jellies and praline French almonds and hazelnuts.
