This Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo in thick casing format is made from superior slices from iberian pigs mixed with natural spices, garlic and Jaraíz de la Vera paprika.
A piece of undoubted quality and maximum flavour that is cured in our natural drying cellars in Guijuelo’s Mountains. Stuffed in natural hog casing and cured for 6 months to develop their intense flavour and characteristic aroma.
An excellent Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo that is intense on the palate and pleasant to the smell. It is slowly cured and has a vivid colour characteristic of first-rate leans.

Who is Julian Martin?
Julian Martin is a family business dedicated since 1933 exclusively to the production, processing and curing of products derived from the Iberian pig. Experience, respect for traditional processes combined with innovation make their products a benchmark in the national panorama.
They have four specialised factories divided by product, which allows them to include in their range all the options of cured product (hams, pallets, loins, sausages and sausages) as well as slices and fresh produce.
They are located in Guijuelo (Salamanca), in the foothills of the Sierra de Béjar and the Gredos, an optimal situation for the natural cure of most of their products.
